In my 6 years on the Sausalito Planning Commission, I fought for stronger environmental protection, limited over-development, preserved historic structures and promoted resident friendly businesses.  As a City Council member, I will be open to new ideas while willing to stand up for Sausalito’s long-term interests. Some of the Key Issues Facing Sausalito: Retain the Marinship's Commercial Marine Focus & Limit Development Provide more Services and Programs to Help Keep Families in Sausalito Preserve Historic Properties and the Integrity of Our Historic District Enlarge Dunphy Park to Increase Open Space & Protect Sensitive Bay Lands Improve our City’s Disaster Preparedness & Public Education Promote Public Discussion and Decision Making Balance the Needs of the Business Community with the Quality of Life of All the People Who Live in Sausali Together, we can use an open, public process to accomplish goals that move our community forward while practicing responsible stewardship to take care of Sausalito's distinct character and diverse community.
